Westytek Robotics is a FIRST Robotics Team based out of Westmont Hilltop High School in Johnstown, PA. FIRST (For the Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology) is an organization that hosts robotics competitions across the country with the intent of providing high school students with more opportunities to learn about STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics). Westytek Robotics competes in the highest level competition FIRST has to offer: the FRC (First Robotics Competition). This will be the team's rookie year, and we are very excited about it.
